“From breakdance, beat boxing to fashion, Hip Hop developed an entire subculture that voiced the political, social, and cultural struggles of black people” said Middleman Fresh, designer of Next Weekend Apparel. “1988 was also a pivotal year for me…it was the year I graduated from high school and transitioned to the real world. Hip Hop influenced many of my decisions early on…therefore I felt it was my duty to introduce some of the artists who impacted my life to today’s generation.”
The “Class of 1988” limited edition collection is available exclusively online at www.nextweekendapparel.com .
